Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cv445 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") concerning your use of the cv445 website located at cv445.vip, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account management features made available therein.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or simply by accessing and using any part of the cv445 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with cv445, including deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus redemption, and communications with customer support.

Players who provide false declarations of age during registration will have their accounts immediately terminated, all gameplay records reviewed, any winnings derived from the period of underage access forfeited, and all original deposits returned to the source payment method wherever technically possible.

Account Registration

In such cases, any genuine funds deposited by the player that remain in the account balance will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification requirements.

Account credentials — including usernames and passwords — must not be sold, transferred, or otherwise provided to any third party. Accounts found to have been transferred or sold will be terminated immediately without refund of any bonus funds.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though cv445 reserves the right to apply account-level limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cv445 account balance within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on processing times at the issuing bank.
• cv445 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own service charges, for which cv445 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder will be held pending investigation and may be returned to source.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible (return-to-source policy). This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays or have withdrawal requests withheld pending the submission and review of required documentation.

• Players who are found to have used multiple accounts, fraudulent payment methods, or coordinated play strategies to exploit promotional offers will have all associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited and their accounts suspended.

Section 6

Game & Betting Rules

Section 7

Responsible Gaming Policy

Account Suspension & Termination

cv445 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is under the age of 18 or has provided false age or identity information during registration.
• The account has been used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Multiple accounts have been opened by the same individual in violation of the one-account policy.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion request made by the account holder or a close associate acting on documented welfare grounds.
• The account has been involved in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, bonus abuse, or any other form of coordinated exploitation of the platform.
• cv445 has received a court order, regulatory instruction, or other lawful authority requiring it to restrict or close the account.

Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements or ongoing investigations) will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds, unconverted wagering-requirement-restricted funds, and funds connected to suspected fraudulent activity will not be returned pending the outcome of any relevant investigation.
